Monitor Troubleshooting

If your monitors are not displaying correctly, try the following:

  • Make sure the cables on the back of the screen/monitor are plugged all the way in. Also make sure they are plugged into the computer and outlet. 
  • If you have two monitors, check if the display is correct by going to Settings->System->Display. Scroll down and make sure "Multiple displays" is set to "Extend".

Keyboard / Mouse Troubleshooting

  • Unplug the keyboard/mouse from the computer and re-plug
  • Plug the keyboard/mouse into another port on the computer
  • Make sure your computer is up to date by searching for the word "update" in the bottom search bar and clicking "Check for updates". Then click "Install now".
