Access Customer Info
Send an mail to bot@winworldinfo.com and in the subject include the customers ID only.
Wait 3 minutes and you will receive an email that looks like the following image.
Add a comment to customers account
Send an email to bot@winworldinfo.com with the subject beginning with the word note followed by a space then the customer ID. In the message of the email type the comment to be added.
