This article explains how to locate files for old accounts that are not found in the Leads system. These old accounts are jobs that were completed prior to the purchase of the Window World franchisees in the markets we currently operate in.
- Open File Explorer folder on Taskbar in your computer
- Click on SHARE (\\fileserver) (S:) drive
To find OLD Dallas files:
- Open Dallas Files folder
- Open Dallas Old Jobs excel file
- To search for a specific account, press Ctrl + F keys simultaneously, enter name or address on the Find What field and press search for results
To find OLD Houston files:
- Open Old Stuff folder
- Open North Houston Accts 04-07 folder
- Open North Houston Customer Lists folder
- All excel files in this folder contain old accounts data
- To search for a specific account, press Ctrl + F keys simultaneously, enter name or address on the Find What field and press search for results
To find OLD Tampa files:
- Open Tampa folder
- Open Tampa old accounts folder
- To search for a specific account, press Ctrl + F keys simultaneously, enter name or address on the Find What field and press search for results
